Refund policy
Returns, Replacements, Shortages
We cannot accept returned items that have been opened or do not have tamper-proof caps (ie some herbs, and powders in jars or bags) unless you believe the item to be defective. Returned items must be returned within 5 days of receiving the order and at your own expense unless the goods are defective. Any shortage or damage must be reported to the carrier immediately, recorded on the delivery note, and subsequently reported to the Company (with photographic evidence) within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise, no claim against the Company will be accepted. The Company shall not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for goods which are lost or damaged in transit and all claims shall be made against the carrier. If there's a problem, please indicate this clearly on the carrier's document and sign only for what you've received. Damaged parcels should be refused and signed as such, e.g. "parcel returned, damaged in transit". Please do not sign as "not inspected", "unchecked" or sign without checking the goods, because this may invalidate any subsequent claim. In line with general industry practice the return of your order will enable us to learn what has happened and respond appropriately.
